    1. Cocktail: Backyard Pa’ina-FY Organic Gin or Ocean Vodka, Kula strawberries, lemon, lavender syrup, local kombucha

Backyard Pa’ina

1½ oz FY Organic Gin

3kula strawberry halves

½  oz lemon juice

½ oz Kula Lavender Syrup

Coconut Kombucha (valley Isle)

Method: Muddle strawberries with lemon and syrup.  Add gin, shake without ice and strain into highball.  Add kombucha, fill with ice. 

Garnish: Edible flower

 FY Organic Gin

6-strawberries, halved

3-lemon halves

Lavender Syrup

Coconut Kombucha

Edible flowers

Highball glass

Plate for lemons and strawberries

Ice for building

Dump and rinse buckets
